Yes she is Ram Gopal Varma’s former muse Nisha Kothari and she was seen in a lot of glamorous roles in Hindi, including movies like ‘Sarkar James’ and ‘RGV ki Aag’. The latest news is that Malavika’s role has been handed over to Nisha Kothari, after the actress walked out of the sets of ‘Karthikai’ last month.

Earlier Namitha has replaced Malavika in this project and accepted the role for a whopping Rs.75 lakhs ,but later it was speculated that Namitha would play the role of Indrani, but she flatly refuted the claim. Actress Malavika, who has charged Anjaneyulu, the producer of the film “Kartheegai”, with trying to molest her during the film’s shooting in Hyderabad last week, has been sacked and is to be sued by the producer for Rs. 75-lakh damages.
